Food and Wine - when does registration start?

My wife wants to really do the food and wine festival this year. We have walked the park before, but never done any of the classes.
Does anyone know when registration for the classes opens?
She saw some boot camps from last year that looked interesting.

Last year it was late summer. I was preparing and researching late July, but I do not know the exact date we could book.

We do F&W a lot. Start watching this blog: http://www.disneyfoodblog.com They reliably get new info posted within 24 hours. Generally specific chefs/events get announced in late July. If I recall, booking for special events is last week of July/early August (and is usually a Tuesday). Some events there are early bookings: i.e. Disney Visa holders and some events have discounts: i.e. DVC or AP.

Start watching the DIS restaurant forum - as F&W nears a master thread will best started.

For now, go look at last year's events from http://www.disneyfoodblog.com - it will give you a sense of options, costs, etc.

Last year registration for the special events started on July 29 for Chase Visa holders, July 31 for the general public. Here's a link to information on last year's F&W Festival:
