Food and wine soft opening?

There's a chance I might get to be in the Disneyland area a few days before the wine and food festival is set to open. Is there any chance the food booths open early for a soft opening in the days before?

Does anyone have any experience with that?

We've been there right before the opening and NO...not open early at all.

Actually, in the past they have opened some of the booths the day before the event starts (so like on Thursday) for the various “food booth” DCA events... but just one day. If you’re there a few days earlier, I’d think no.

This. I was there the day before the start of the festival last year and some of the booth did a soft opening.
