Food and Wine - Post your events and misses

I spoke with Disney Dining today. The dress code for PFTS is similar to last year. They call it 'resort smart casual' and it says no shorts, sneakers, tank tops, bathing suits....

Most people were very nicely dressed for the event we attended last year. Shorts and jeans would have been very under-dressed for PFTS.

Actually, I didn't book the 11/3 Kitchen Conversation. Most of my stuff was booked as a solo, but a friend and I were overlapping a few events so we split up some of the booking duties. But I don't believe she was told who the 11/3 Kitchen Conv was. Otherwise, I'm sure she would've told me!

I would have liked to do more Food and Wine Pairings, but there are so many other restaurants where I want to have dinner, and the pairings are all from 3:30-5PM, so that would blow any appetite I had for dinner.

Wanted Food and Wine in Balance 11/5 and it was full
Waitlisted for that but did get food and wine in Balance for 11/12.

Plan to do PFTS 11/4, but haven't booked that yet.

Still trying to decide on others.

We're doing a 3 days cruise that week too, so the budget's a little stretched.

I missed on Food and Wine Pairing at Le Cellier, but was feeling pretty good about e-mailing the waitlist by 7am.............................forward to tonight, I just discovered that my e-mail had not been delivered so I'm trying to e-mail through a different account.
