I spoke with Disney Dining today. The dress code for PFTS is similar to last year. They call it 'resort smart casual' and it says no shorts, sneakers, tank tops, bathing suits....
Most people were very nicely dressed for the event we attended last year. Shorts and jeans would have been very under-dressed for PFTS.
