Food and Wine Festival. How are the Crowds when it first opens?

My wife and I will be attending F&W opening day, and our plan is to go from open (11 a.m.) to about 3 p.m., then make our away to Future World to fulfill some FP+ obligations.

We're expecting some heavy crowds, but nothing too outrageous.
