Food and Wine Festival 2010 - The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly Picture Thread!

I thought it would be fun to start a thread about everyone's favorite experiences at this year's Food and Wine Festival...I'll Start!

The Good:

Italy - Baked Ravioli and Polpettine

The Bad:

Canada - Chicken Chipotle sausage with Corn Polenta
(The Sausage was WAY too Spicy for me and the Polenta was WAY too Bitter)

And the Ugly

Brazil - Grilled Pork Skewer with Farofa
(This looked like something I would have tried to make in Home Ec Class back in High School!)

Great thread, only had good. Favourites were the chocolate creme brulee washed down with a pomegranite kir from France
