I was just reading through the scheduled events for the California Food and Wine Festival at Disneyland Resort. We have gone to this event since it started, and are pleased to see it being expanded this year. We also go for F&W at EPCOT.
I had an idea for an F&W event for FLA, and CA residents, and DVC members.
There should be a cooking class/demonstration, that includes the grocery items needed to make the meal/dinner, ready for delivery to your DVC, or pick up at the gate. You could then prepare the meal in your DVC kitchen, or at home if you lived near that particular resort.
I would love to be taught a new recipe, and then take it back to my DVC, with all the ingredients, pre measured, and packed for take home.
