Food Allowed in LMA Stadium?

We are looking forward to seeing LMA at MGM studios for the first time next week. Does anyone know if you are allowed to bring food into the stadium? I would like to see the 11:45 show and it sure would be nice to eat while we are waiting...

Yes,food and drinks are allowed in the stadium. I was surprised that they don't sell any food or drinks inside the stadium itself like they do at the Fantasmic! stadium,but they don't,unless they have started doing it recently.Have fun.

When we were there last March, they did not allow us to take food into the stadium. We had just bought a snack and had to eat it before going into the FP line. However, that was right after the show debuted for the Celebration, so perhaps they are more relaxed about it now.

I went to LMA last July and was allowed to take popcorn and a drink into the stadium.Perhaps it just depends on the CM working a particular show.
