Food Allergy and resort refridgerator??

Do food allergies count as a reason for getting a refridgerator at no cost?? DS has a dairy allergy, and we'll be bringing down some extra food, snacks, and drinks for him but we'll need a refridgeator also. Just trying to figure out the budget.
