Food allergies

I will be making our ADRs on January 25th for our July trip. DS6 is allergic to shellfish. For our July 2010 trip, I had to fill out a special form with the restaurant names, our ADR numbers, and times. This worked out very well and the chef came to talk to us at every restaurant. Is the same procedure still in place for listing food allergies?

You no Longer have to fill out the special form. When you make your ADRs just not the allergy on each one. It is noted at the restaurant and the chef still comes out to talk with you. Good luck! (we just returned on December 17)

PP is correct...you just select the option online or tell the CM when making your ADRs on the phone. If the Host/ess or Server doesn't say anything about seeing the allergy notice then ask to speak with the chef.
