I need to call when making my ADRs to alert them to my daughter's allergies rather than make them online, right?

Thanks

I made my ADRs on-line and at the end of making each reservation they asked about allergies/ special requests. I had to repeat the process with each restaurant. I was able to check off all the allergies in our party, as well as add a booster seat. I also contacted specialdiets@disneyworld.com and they sent me food allergy info and had me fill out an allergy info. form.

You can note them on online ADRs, but either way you should still contact special diets and send in their form a couple weeks ahead of time.

The online ADR system allows you to include allergy info. There are check off boxes for various allergies. It's really nice. Just make sure you do it for each ADR. Previous years, when we had to call for ADRs, it seemed to take forever, because I had to keep repeating the info for every single ADR and wait for the CM to type it in and repeat it back to me. It wasn't unusual to be on the phone for an hour just for a weeks worth of ADRs. The online process took me about 15 min. and that included printing out the confirmations.

Also, email Special Diets for the form. The form allows you to give more specific info than the ADR system.

Also wanted to mention that the contact information is in post #3 of the disABILITIES FAQs. So, if you lose track of this thread, you can still find the information.
