FOO FPP/RS question

Can you hold a FPP and Rider Swap for the same ride at the same time?

We have 4 adults and 2 kids (one child too small for FOP). All 5 eligible riders have a FPP for the same time. Can adults 1 and 2 take kid A on FOP with FPP and also get kid A a RS so he can ride again with adults 3 and 4? I know you could with the old RS system but not sure how the new system works. Can the band hold both types of passes at the same time?

You can ask, but I don’t think the child alone can get a RS simply to ride twice. The 2nd party plus the child could get a RS. The intent of RS is for a second party to ride without waiting twice; the fact the child gets to ride again is a bonus.
