Font color help

How do you change the font color of the words below your username and above your avatar?

I was told that's something the Tag Fairy does! I don't think you can.

the various colors of the stuff below the avatar are places by tag faires... no one knows the ways of the tag fairy... some times it takes years, some times it takes minutes... but mortals cannot make the change.
