One of the wonderful things about BLT is that they offer room service. So this morning we started with pancakes, eggs, bacon, etc all in our room. It was super yummy. Then we were ready to start the day.
We headed right into Fantasyland. When we walked onto Main Street, the Main Street singers were out welcoming everyone. They are just so cute and the music was great. We kept walking though because we had things to see. We walked right on to Peter Pans Flight. This is a favorite of mine. I have many memories of going on this with my parents (back in the day). This is my moms favorite ride.
Then we did the Carousel. Audrey, Eli and I rode in the benches since Audrey is a bit too little for the horses. They both seemed a bit unsure of the ride too. Check out their faces

I did keep my eye out for Cinderellas horse though
.. it has a gold ribbon around the tail.
Daniel loved it as always.
Then we went to get on the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh but something was wrong and they had to shut the ride down for a bit. So we fast passed it for later and surprise!!!! More Pixie Dust!! A surprise fastpass to Philharmagic. So we went over there and walked right in. After Philharmagic we went to Dumbo and Eli decided he didnt really want to ride, he just wanted to watch so we waited for Dad and Daniel. They had the blue Dumbo but we took pictures on the yellow Dumbo since then Eli could be in them.
Then we hit the Mad Tea Party. I didnt know if Daniel would be ok with this but he did great and I spun that sucker as hard as I could
After that we went back and did The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.
Man we were doing a lot and we all realized at about the same time that we were hungry. Someone suggested the Main Street Bakery and everyone started to drool with thoughts of cupcakes and chocolate croissants!!! We got there and they did not disappoint!
When we came out it was time for the Celebrate VoluntEars Parade. We watched and waved to the wonderful people who gave their time. Then it was time to head to Hollywood Studios for our dinner reservation at 50s Primetime Café.
This was our first time there and it was super cute! And a place I am sure you would enjoy. We all have relatives that still have this décor and yes, I too make many of the recipes that are on the menu. It was so much fun to see the old shows from the 50s like Dennis the Menace, the old Mickey Mouse Club and so on. I remember watching many of these as re-runs as a kid. What a great spot! We will certainly be back.
After dinner we walked around DHS and saw some of the characters from playhouse Disney, my kids favorite. Eli LOVES Handy Manny and it was so special that he got to see him. It was nearing the end of the day and almost closing time at DHS. The characters were in a great mood and they came out of the meet and greet spot and did a conga line with Eli and another little boy. Quincy also came over to Audrey and they shared many special moments.
Today had been a really long day full of excitement and special moments. We were all getting tired and we knew the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom would be right out our door tonight so we headed home to watch. What a wonderful day it had been!
As we went to sleep we reflected that tomorrow would be our last day for this trip and how it had been such a wonderful trip so far. We made a list of what things we still wanted to see and reminded the kids that they have breakfast with Mickey in the morning.
