Follow up to WL confirmation?

After waiting 30 days after our switch from POFQ to WL (trip 9-26 to 10-2-03; got call from relocation team on 5-17) , I called them to inquire as to why we had not received a new confirmation letter. This was based on advice to others that I read on these boards. We finally did receive new confirmation last week. My question is: Will they also send new information packet as they did with our original reservation for POFQ, or should I just be glad we have new confirmation and leave well enough alone. I hate to call again.

When I made my original reservation for POR, I received my confirmation letter as well as a nice introductory letter, a folder for my various paper and some other info (don't remember exactly what cuz it was over a year ago).

When I changed over to WL with the FTP, all I received was a confirmation letter. I didn't expect anything else because it was not a new reservation.

I think all they probably will send you is the confirmation letter and nothing else, unless you request a new packet.
