is it possible to watch FOF and make it to Ohana for 4:15? Minnie Van, boat, monorail, whatever I have to do I will. (I don’t even like Ohana but my everyone else does!)
I was thinking of watching in Frontierland and maneuvering out the front and ahead of the parade. We usually stay after the parade

That would be the way to do this.
BUT, you will NEED to move FAST.

If you don't get to Town Square (flagpole area) well before the parade, you won't be allowed to exit MK until the parade is over.

BTW, I'd be more inclined to offer additional details, but you dissed my favorite MK area restaurant. ;)

FWIW, my general rule of thumb with getting from MK to Poly is if I see the boat at the dock about to load or pulling up, I’ll take the boat. If not, I’ll take the resort monorail.

You don’t have a ton (any) room for error, so good luck!

Thank you! If it helps, the Lapu Lapu is my favorite MK area drink!

Great map, thanks! Ah, the anxiety. I picture yelling "GO GO GO" to my 6 year old.

And (to avoid too much trauma for a 6yo) if you are late (within reason) to 'Ohana, you will still be seated.
This is especially true before 6PM, or so.

I won't really yell :) She will likely be the one yelling "COCONUT RACES!"

It is doable. I was across from the Country Bear Jamboree watching the FOF parade. Once the parade ended at the Country Bear Jamboree, I started heading toward the exits. After walking on the outside path (Hall of Presidents side) and winding through the castle to main street along the eastern side, I was able to exit the park by 3:30 pm where I caught up again to the Peter Pan float at Main Street Station. The only thing is the path is blocked at the bridge heading towards the hub so you have to go through the narrow path up to the castle and walk through the castle meandering to the east side of Main Street. Make sure to not be inside the green line of the parade map shown above or else you won't be able to exit until the parade is over.

I would suggest watching the parade right by Peco's Bills in Frontierland on the Peco's Bill's side. (you will see it on Robo's map). You will then see it right when it begins and as soon as it's over, simply walk through Adventureland, take the path toward Crystal Palace and walk straight down the sidewalk on the Emporium side of Main St. You should be able to beat the parade to Main St. by taking this route.
