FOF parade and 3-4pm FP

Will we make our ETWB 3-4 PM FP slot if we want to see the parade? If we want ch from liberty square would we have a better chance? Or should I just move it we have sdmt from 4:30-5:30. I couldn't get a 3:30 to 4:30 for ETWB.

You'll be fine. Watch the parade from anywhere between Frontierland and the Hub, and you'll have more than enough time to get to ETWB.
