Turns out the Fashions Night Out will be the night of my daughters 13th birthday and we will be in NY 
I was wondering if anyone has gone before? Is it crazy busy? Where's the best place to shop, variety and price wise. I'm not a "fashion savy person" but it looks like fun for DD. I'm a jeans and tshirt type of girl, am I gonna look out of place, lol?
