Hi all

Just a quick question for you all that have flown FlySong. When Doing a Carry on "BookBag"
Do they have under the seat space to store your carry on Luggage or is it only Over Head..

I would Hate to bother the person next to me about getting my luggage up and down if I can just shove it under the seat..

Its only a bookbag.. What do you all think

If it fits under the seat in front of you, then you can stash it there.

What size book bag? A normal backpack should fit under the seat in front of you.

Also, why do you need to bother the person next to you? If you cannot lift it into the overhead it should be checked. The people around you DO NOT want to help you with your luggage and if you get me I won't. I am not rude, I am just not willing to risk injury dealing with your luggage. A lot of men I travel with won't help anymore either and neither will some flight attendants.

I do understand that I would NEVER ask someone to Help me get my luggage..

My point was that I have a Middle seat, My daughter has the Window.. So In Order to get the Book Bag I would have to ask this person to Get up out of his seat so I can get in the Isle to get in the over head area..
That was my questions. Im sorry If I didnt word it properly..

My suggestion: when you board the plane, grab what you need from the book bag and then put it in the overhead bin. Use the pockets on the back of the seat to store what you took out.

If you need to get up during the flight, just politely say so. I always request an aisle seat and have no problem letting someone out. Heck, it's sort of nice to have an "excuse" to get up, stretch my legs for a minute and get the blood moving from where it's pooled for the past hour or so. :teeth:

Seriously, don't sweat it. People get up and down all the time to get things out of carry-on items. Hopefully you will snag a kind & considerate seatmate.
