Flynn's Arcade

Hey there,

We are planning on going to DL next Feb, and I was wondering if anyone knew if Flynn's Arcade is planning on being around for a while, or if they are going to take it away with ElecTRONica? My boyfriend is really wanting to see this, so we are really hoping they are planning on keeping it.

Thanks for any info you may have.

Disney has announced ElecTRONica to Labor Day weekend. After that, who knows?

Might depend on if the TRON prequel that was on the Legacy DVD actually comes out.

Except that elecTRONica isn't listed on the June schedule anywhere. I was told it was extended by Cast Members just a month ago and we were there this past weekend, but they took the TRON segment out of WoC and now elecTRONica isn't listed for June...?

I'm hoping elecTRONica will be happening over the summer and it's just a mistake. And I hope Flynn's stays around too.

CM's don't know what is happening further in advance than the general public. They tend to know what is happening based on what days they are scheduled.

The Entertainment schedule on Disneyland.com rarely is fully updated for more than a month in advance. So don't count on what it does and doesn't say for all of June.

While I do see a reason why ElecTRONica may be changed or have reduced offerings this summer. I'm not going to discuss it and I don't want to speculate on something I can't confirm that could effect people's planning.

It's a video game arcade in the back of the Backlot area with old school Tron era video games. And Space Paranoids. Outside the front doors are demos of the new Tron game Tron Evolution on various video game platforms.

They will definately still have it in July. Right now it is confirmed up to Labor Day. Beyond that no one knows for sure, but as the NEXT Tron movie picks up momentum there is hope elecTRONica and Flynn's will have a reason to stick around beyond that.

Great! As long as we get to experience it once, I'm good. But if it stays longer (after labor day) then it a bonus!!
