Everybody who does fly lady! Check tonight's testimonial! It's me and my best friend! We're so happy. We just wrote it thinking it would be a nice thing to do and she really really loved it.:teeth: I'm so happy.

Here it is, I'm just so proud.

Dear Beloved FlyLady,

We were two extremely stressed out high-school students, with bad sleep habits and very little organization. We recently found your website and it has saved our lives!

Only 4 weeks into high school, we felt as though we were neck deep in homework, and very short on time. Your system of setting time limits for each activity and your evening and morning routines have kept us from having all-nights and needing mental health days.

I recently received my first allowance in 14 years for making my bed and unloading the dishwasher every morning, and doing laundry in the evening. My friend was just quoted as saying, "Your sink is so shiny, it's burning my eyes!"

Your ways of taking things one at a time, breaking them down into smaller pieces has not only helped us keep our rooms clean, but to get out homework done early every night.

We love you FlyLady. Thank you.

FlyBaby M. and FlyBaby C.

FlyLady here; This is why I get on my soapbox! We have to give our children wings! I am so proud of these young women.

Do you have a teenager that is stressed out over school? Now is the time for all of us to establish our routines together. We have to set the example and they will follow. You can't force them either. It has to be something they want to do for themselves. Hey if you had not been searching for some help; you wouldn't much like having FlyLady stuffed down your throat either.

This is why I tell people that my book Sink Reflections is not a good gift book. I would even be offended if someone said, "Hey you need this."

One time we got a testimonial from a group of teenage boys that had gotten their mothers off their back about their rooms. Their youth minister had told them about FlyLady and they made simple control journals to stay on top of their room. They even broke their rooms into zone and used a timer for their homework. The guys were FLYing!
Everyone in the family was happy!

That's great. I used to do the Fly Lady stuff, but I've fallen off the wagon. I need to get back on it. I think it's a great way to get organized.

Hey cool! I must admit that I deleted it before I read it. I just joined last week and seriously, I really don't have time to do this. I did make my bed today, but really only because I had to change the sheets. I've "shined my sink" only once. With a 3 month-old and a 3-year-old who doesn't nap and only wants to play outside, I just don't even have time to read the emails. So count me as taking baby baby baby baby steps. I am working on things--very slowly.

 I *love* Flylady! That website is a must for every busy kid and adult. Truly helps me to stay organized. And believe me....I'm not an organized person by nature. Isn't it great!

CONGRATS to you on your success! Flylady sounds so proud :teeth: .
