DS5 has broken his arm today :headache: in a scooter racing accident :rolleyes:

We fly out on the 22/5 so hopefully the pot will be off by then, but if not will Virgin let him fly ?.

Thanks in advance.

Don't they usually recommend that they are taken off beforehand? Hopefully somebody will be able to advise further.

Really sorry to be the bearer of bad news but airlines will no longer allow you to fly with a pot on. Its something to do with the cabin pressure :confused3

DH has just recently snapped his ligaments in his ankle and was thankfully given the option of a "aircast" due to us flying in 10 weeks. (he would have needed a pot on for 12/14 weeks). It was the first time I was made aware of this rule, but since then have heard many nightmare stories of people cancelling their holiday due to been potted !!!

I'm not sure how long it is before you fly, but maybe an option to ask for the pot to removed a few days earlier :confused3
