Flying to Orlando

We did the Syd - DFW - MCO flight a few weeks ago with Qantas. It was torture LOL Next time I'm going to break it up through Hawaii. I'm not cut out for long distance flying at all

I wanted to come home via Hawaii last year, but the cost of flights alone added thousands of $ onto the trip. Way more than I could justify. What was torturous about it? We flew LAX-Sydney-MEL on the way home. the part of the trip I found the worst was Sydney to Melbourne. We were so close, yet so far. Would have much preferred to fly direct to Melbourne, but we got a much better deal going via Sydney.
