flying questions please help

I haven't flown in a while- I understand and have gotten info from Delta's site about the liquid and 3.4 ounce containers. But is that rule only for carry-on? Can I still pack full size stuff in checked baggage?

Yeah you can pack what ever you want in the checked in bags. Don't lock them and anything that you thing might trip an alarm leave on top, that way if they open you bag they see the item they are looking for and hopefully close the bag up.

My only suggestion is to be sure you pack anything that might spill in zip lock bags. I put everything like that from shampoo to sunscreen in bags. I even try to put all that type of stuff in one suitcase so my clothes won't get ruined if something was so spill, break etc.

Yes, pack them in ziploc bags in case they leak! We had 2 separate items leak this past trip - luckily I had packed them in ziplocs and I was spared having to clean up a big mess upon our arrival!

I've never had a problem with full sized items in my checked baggage. I use a cosmetic bag, like a train case (?) so all of that stuff goes into one bag and if it is checked they can clearly see it is a toiltery bag. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I haven't had any problems.
