Silly question, but we are surprising our kids with the NYE Fantasy Cruise for Christmas and we fly out that night. Wondering about getting a bite to eat.....I don't think we'll find much open outside the airport on Christmas Day but is pretty much everything open inside the airport or not? Never flown on Xmas Day before.....
Thanks

Even if the airport restaurants are not open, the restaurant in the airport Hyatt will be.

I've found that pretty much all the fast food places outside chik fil a are usually open on Christmas in the airport. I could be mistaken, but I believe most of the contracts with airports require it. I'm not sure about the sit down restaurants.

Thanks......I figured something would be open.....I feel kind of bad worrying about it. Someone has to give up their day with their family to make sure my family has a ready supply of greasy burgers to eat while starting our vacation.......

Quite a few restaurants in Orlando are open on Christmas Day as well. While I was a CP, we went to IHOP after our shifts on Christmas but I remember passing several other restaurants in the area (near Disney, Universal or the convention center) that were also open. I don't think you'll be limited to fast food in the airport if you want another option.
