As for security, don't US domestic flights go through the same increased security measures?

The Airports all across the United States don't have the no carryon bag rules, unlike Airports across Canada.

As someone who doesn't drive and lives in Toronto, I guess I'm one of the few who still flies from YYZ.

Yes the airfare is cheaper, but to me, even if I could drive to Buffalo my time is worth more to me than the added expense. Just a personal choice.

I drive, but since weather can be dicey in buffalo and i am traveling alone.
I am trying the megabus this time. I got my bus ticket for 25$ round trip. . Toronto to Buffalo airport.
But if you go this route, you have to leave plenty of time for customs. I have read sometimes it takes 2 hours to get threw, other times you fly threw.

Granted I am not going to disney but I am saved huge this trip. With a bit of planning, this should be a breeze.
