Hi I'm tempted to book with us airways £1495 for 2 ad 1ch and infant, never flow. Indirect before has anyone done this with a young child before? We think it maybe easier to break up the travelling and the direct flights ATM are £300 more expensive. Does anyone also have any thoughts on us airways? Thanks.

2nd question we want to book a villa this time as we have it before, has anyone got any good reliable sites to book one with, I would like something close to disney for around £800 for the 4 off us.
Thanks anyone who can help. Dates for Villa would be oct 23 to nov 6th.

Hi there.
We have flown many times with us airways and rate them highly. Having spent many years flying with Virgin and suffering long immigration quequs at MCO our preference is now to fly indirect (just been to Orlando this Christmas and flew indirect with Aer Lingus this time via Dublin). We have two young childen (5 and 3) but have been flying to Florida since our eldest took his first flight at 12 weeks old so no worries with a change, ours have always seen it an an adventure! Like you say it does break up the flight, get food, stretch your legs and get immigration out of the way. Good price too, we've done summer holidays, christmas, etc and never paid more than £520 each.

Regarding villas, we have just had two weeks in a 4-bed on Sandy Ridge for £700 - 5 mins from Champions gate and up Lake Wilson Road and down Sherberth i'd say 15 mins max to Disney. LBV/192 approx 15 mins in the other direction. Great villa, lots of freebies (sat nav, buggies, booster seats, baby monitors, etc). Not perfect but very good value for money and lovely quiet location.

I've always found www.lastminutevillas.net a great site and not just for last minute bookings as you'd think. Prices quoted always seemed cheaper than any other. I also like using Owners Direct but everyone have their own preferences.

Happy booking :)

Hi thanks for all that help. I've just done a quote with complete orlando flights with Virgin, villa at Westwood ridge?? Disney tickets and car hire £3400 seems a very good price for 15 nites? Suppose going the us airways route roughy the same cost.

That does seem a good price, we usually budget £3500 for 14 nights for flights, villa and car but that is for 4 of use. As your quote also have Disney tickets and direct flights sounds like a great deal :thumbsup2

Westridge villas is located on the US27 which has a lot of sub-divisions between the junctions with the 192 to the north and the I4 to the south. We've stayed on the subdivision opposite and many others on the 27 and found the location good, great Walmart 10 mins north, drive-thru Starbucks and a few good resturants (Santa Fe, Chillis, Gators Dockside, Applebees) and Disney 15 mins away down the 192. Also a really nice area being develpopment along the 192 on route to Disney with many restaurants (Longhorn, Texas Roadhouse, Logans, Panera Bread plus Target, TJMaxx, etc).

As avid Busch Gardens fans I find beng on the 27 a great location to get you straight on the I4.

Thanks, we have only stayed at a hotel on the 192 before we are usually idrive fans but with the baby think it e easier now on a villa. The deal is with complete orlando sure they are decent enough company so may just go ahead and book it.
