Flying in for the CP

So first off it feels crazy to be planning all this out already, but I've been looking at my flight options for the CP and I'm going to have to arrive a day early to make sure I get to check-in on time. For those of you who have done this before, any tips? I know I'll be coming into MCO and I'll have to get a ride to a hotel. I saw that Mears coupon on the WDWCP site that I can use. What hotel is across from Vista Way that people stay at in this case? Is it just an easy walk across to Vista Way to check-in the next morning then? Any other suggestions, comments, rough idea of prices, or whatever else about that experience?

Yeah you can get a Mears shuttle to the hotel. The hotel across the street from Vista Way is the Holiday Inn Sunspree

Cab is about the same price.
