I
still haven't eaten at Shula's WDW. Had the best intentions of doing so earlier this month at the bar so the man could watch a football game there. He changed his mind after noting the scene at the ESPN Club and went there instead.
I have eaten at Shula's in Ft. Lauderdale which has a lighter touch as far as the football decor is concerned. No dark paneled wood, club chairs, or oversized pictures of football plays in ornately carved gold leaf frames. Regarding the food, it was a decent enough meal although not up to the steakhouses of mid town Manhattan IMO.
As far as Yachtsman we had an enjoyable meal there as well. Very family friendly decorated in a style that made me feel I was in one of many New England restaurants I've been to in the past; there was a certain comfort in that. Food was cooked to order (a porterhouse steak for two,
Choosing between these two steakhouses, I'd choose the one that had more items on the menu that create interest to me and mine

.
Regarding Flying Fish and bluezoo, it's a clear choice on this end: Flying Fish. It's consistent in service and execution of it's dishes; unfortunately can't say the same for bluezoo.
Both are decorated in similar styles.
