Flying Fish or Yachtsman Steakhouse best meat entrees

I really want to try both of these restaurants but not sure if we will fit both in. DH will choose meat. Which would you go to first in case we dont get the other one in?
What are some of the best food for him?

Yachtsman has the bigger selection of course. But FF has an excellent NY Strip that they cook "Pittsburgh style" (charred on the outside).

Flying Fish is definately the better choice for a great meat meal.

Yachtsman!!! Great steak options and on our last trip the scallops I ordered at FF were mushy and only about half cooked.
Actually I prefer Cal Grill, Narcoosees or Citricos over all. DH said he had the best steak, on WDW property, at Citricos this past Oct. He said it was just a hair better than Shula's.

We have dined at Flying Fish three times and each time DH has ordered the NY strip...he said it is the best he has every had! We ate at Yachtsman last April and he was so disappointed in his Ribeye and they subbed it out for the filet and he said it was dry and had no flavor at all

Both are excellent choices and will offer something your DH will enjoy.
I personally prefer the Flying Fish, but you really can not go wrong with either.
