The WDW website implies that the Chef's Wine Tasting Dinner has returned at Flying Fish following its refurb. However, it doesn't seem to be bookable online. Has anyone had any luck booking it by phone or heard when it might be available for reservations?

Would love to hear if anyone has booked this as well... The chef's table area was shown in the DFB review, but I haven't seen availability or a price yet.

The IPO at the GF/CR looked into this for me a few weeks ago and said that there currently were no plans to resume the Chef's Table there.
That's odd considering it's listed on the WDW web site but with no dates available.

1) There is no "Chefs Table".
2) It is a "Chef's Tasting Meal".
3) Not yet bookable in advance.
4) Per the Internal Website . . .

Chef's Tasting Wine Dinner:

Enjoy a sumptuous feast of fresh seafood and meats, farm-fresh produce and fine wine as you interact with the chef.
Take your seat at the chef's counter—directly in front of the onstage kitchen—and watch as the night’s special dishes are created right before your eyes. Displaying the culinary expertise for which they're well-known, the Flying Fish chefs create 5 delectable courses using the freshest ingredients of the season, and the manager selects wines that perfectly complement each course.

As you enjoy your dinner, be sure to take advantage of the unique opportunity to talk—and learn from—the chef.

Dinner seatings for this experience are designed for Guests ages 10 and older. Groups of up to 6 can be accommodated and reservations must be made at least one day in advance.

When I asked the Beach Club IPO, they said that since the restaurant just re-opened, it was unlikely that they would be taking reservations for the Chef's Wine Dinner soon. :(

They have 3 tables by an open kitchen that they will be using for the Chef's Table Experience. As mentioned above by prior poster, looking for it to be in October.

Any receive updates on this?

I reached out to the Beach Club IPO and god the following response..."In regards to the Flying Fish Cafe, when they closed for renovations earlier this year, the discontinued the chef's table. The only chef's table currently available at Walt Disney World, is the Chef's Domain at Citricos at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa." Keeping my fingers crossed that they are wrong and the chef's wind dinner will be reopened in time for our December trip.

The Chef's Table has not resumed yet. Apparently it won't even be considered until after the Food & Wine Festival gets going.

I hope we are still on target for late fall/winter for this. Would love to try it in December.

A month later and I haven't seen anything. Still hope for December but it's not looking great.
