The first time I did this I went to AirTran Curbside Checkin and asked them if they could print a boarding pass for me because I was having problems with my printer at home and the guy looked me square in the face and told me 'no', go to the SW counter. So I started to leave. He then yelled, "Ma'am, I'm teasing! Please come back!" I had No idea!! I think he felt kinda bad. I laughed and told him 'no worries', but I was new to this so I wasn't sure where I was going and I had only bought my ticket less than 8 hours ago so I really didn't have time to research what to do. He was very sweet and helpful at that point. It's really not hard. Good Luck!!
