Anyone else get one? I did, and some person from channel 4 news was filming me, and i ended up on the news. Strange eh?

HECK NO! I will never get a shot i absolutly dont need. I HATE shots. I got it one year, and i was crying, and my arm was so sore the next day.

Have you heard about the Avian Flu?

If it mutates to where it can pass from human to human, it could kill 150 million people. You might need this one, and I'd rather have a few seconds of pain, and a sore arm for one day, then death.

Not to mention you could always get it through a nasal spray. It's more expensive, but it works even better than the shot.

i have toget it. i had rlly bad sinuses last year and i had 2 get surgery cause i didnt get it last year.i already got it though.and it hurt alot cause i have a broken collerbone and they gave methe shot rite below my collerbone.
