Our flight from Philly was 45 minutes late...they were there.
We lost 4 of our bags....they patiently waited while we filled out claims, putting them even further behind on their schedule. The driver...and I could kick myself for not remembering his hame...felt so bad for us, he tried so hard to comfort us.
They were half an hour early picking us up after the cruise. We used a van for 5 people with an online coupon.
