I am trying to get some informationon how WDW is presenting the Flower Power Concerts this year.

I know there is no AP preferred seating this year.

However, do the Performers sign autographs?

Does WDW empty out the Theatre after each show?

Does WDW make the announcement before the show that no video taping is allowed? About three years ago, we never heard that announcement (at least for the shows we went to), but each year since, more and more concerts had that announcement. I am guessing it is up to the performers to decide.

Thanks

Ed

I saw the Nelsons on Thursday night, 8:15pm. The theater was only about 2/3 full (the front section was full, the rest was about 1/2). They said they would stay after the show since it's the last show of the evening, up to fireworks time (the show ended about 8:45). We weren't there at the very beginning, so I didn't hear anything about video taping. I took pictures, I'll post one when I get them transferred to shutterfly.

I was there on Monday for "The Lovin Spoonful" which, only ONE of them was the original Member. :confused3 There was a long line about 1 mile long it seemed, but it was only for the Front row, there were planty of seats left. There were plenty of people taking photos.

Debbie, I was also at the Nelsons show at 8:15 on Thursday night. I videotaped one of the earlier shows they did, but I must have had a bad tape because it didn't come out :( Some performers let you videotape, some don't. Listen for the announcement.

When the Nelsons signed autographs, they came out at centerstage. They said they would stop when the fireworks started, but wound up continuing until the 100 or so people were done. They posed for many pictures and signed many autographs that night. They listened to stories. Very sweet guys. I got my picture taken with them, and got big hugs from them after sharing a story with them (Matthew seemed to be the more personable brother, and what a memory--I told him about a show I saw them do in March of 1991, and he was able to describe the club I saw them at to me).

Some folks I chatted with said that many of the performers came out to a table set up to the left of the stage to sign autographs after the show.

They do empty the theatre after every show.
