Flower Mickey head?

I'm thinking about a small Mickey head tattoo on my ankle, preferably like a hidden Mickey in flowers and dainty in size - not all the way around my ankle. If anyone has seen anything like this or has some suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it!

If you can post a picture of a flower design you like I can try to incorporate a mickey head or mickey heads for you. I started looking for flower designs and there are so many it was mind boggling!
