Flower & Garden in two weeks-No info?

Ok it will be two weeks from today that the flower and garden festival starts and still nothing. We leave on Tue. and I was hoping to see something about the food offerings and any tours that might be happening the first couple of days. I know when I'm there I wont be doing any research so had hoped to do it before we leave but all I hear are the sound of crickets! If this was the Food & Wine festival it seems like you start hearing about it months in advance. Heck I am already reading about it now and it doesn't start until Oct.!!

Food offerings are never up this early. It will be the same with food & wine, every year complaining that the kiosk menus and event schedules don't come out early enough. Tours don't even show up until close to booking day. I don't know whether or not there will be any tours. Used to be that they would get a sponsor for F&G but their sponsor dropped out last year and it's been going unsponsored, so not as many events scheduled.

Disney's site (finally!) has some information/schedules listed. And I agree, 2 weeks out, and there was nothing other than "schedule unavailable" showing. Other sites, like the DIS had most of the info., including an updated roster of the music groups for the last few weeks or so, again however, the official Disney World site had nothing. Makes it sooooo easy to plan our stay.
Two weeks away for our trip, and now we can finally look forward to the goings on.
