I'm staying at BCV & checking out 3/30. Our flight is at 2:50. Will I have time to visit the Food Carts @ EP & get back in time for magical express? I'm assuming they open at 11:00 but could be wrong.

Maybe 30 minutes... so, not really enough time.

DME bus picks up approx. 3 hours before flight time and you need to be ready about 15 min. before pick-up time, so...

Yor DME pickup time should be 11:35 AM,so you would need to leave Epcot by around 11:20 AM to be sure to make it back to the DME pickup location,so you've got a whole 20 minutes to enjoy the Outdoor Kitchens.

If you're just looking for a little World Showcase time,remember the quick service in France is open for Breakfast at 9:00 AM and you can stroll the Showcase from France around to Norway at that time also.

I assume that you mean "clockwise," France to Norway.

Awesome-I love being in World Showcase early like that-it is so peaceful.

I like to just sit in the chairs in front of Rose & Crown and listen to the music and watch the Guests coming in from the IG excitedly heading to Future World.

There will be a rope between France and Morocco and a rope between Norway and China until 11:00,but you can stroll stroll around World Showcase Promenade from France to United Kingdom to Canada to Mexico to Norway.
