How early do they post the list of artists playing at this years Flower & Garden Festival?

I found messages from January 16, 2015 for this past year's concert series.

Official release will probably be in Jan. but I know two of the bands and dates. I started a new thread to collect them under Garden Rocks 2016, the new name of the concert series. The two I know are

Starship Mar 11-13
Herman's Hermits April 1-3

According to wdwent.com, only two acts are scheduled at this time, Peter Noone and Starship.

This was on a fan site for the group, but yes, not officially released. I have also been trying to confirm it. I actually had an email back from the band that just said no contract in place yet.
