Flower and Garden Question

We have went several times in May, and I enjoy the F&G show, but we will be going the last week in April this year.

Do they start setting up before the first day of the show, or do they wait, and roll everything out at once. I was hoping to see a bit of it.

We just returned and I think the F&G Show begins mid April. They were working on the grounds while we were there.
