Since F&G starts on March 6 in 2019, will everything be up and ready by then? We visited the International Festival of the Holidays on opening day either last year or year before and most booths were not functioning yet. Does that happen with F&G as well?

First day for anything is dicey! Either not all open or working out kinks....I'd give it a week or at least a few days if ya can!
