Any new info on menus, yet? Should we assume it'll be the same as last year?

So far they have released info about the concerts, merchandise and setup, but ony minimal information about the food and nothing regarding guests or seminars.

There was a food & wine magic band but it was not available to the general public. The only way you could get one was to sign up for their Premium Package.

For those going this year we were lucky enough to be at Disney the past two years during this festival and REALLY liked it. Some of the food was great (shrimp and grits and sliders stood out for me) and the value for a snack credit on the DDP was generally much better than anything you could get with a regular snack credit. We stayed at Yacht Club each trip and found ourselves walking over to the food booths pretty often. The beer selection was really good 2 years ago, not so much last year.
