I was on the 4/24 Western with Lurontravel and we were both using the Flounders nursery often. I was surprised to find that when I got onboard at 3:30, which I thought was pretty late, came back at 5:45 to book Flounders, they gave me the 7 day calendar and asked me to write in what times I wanted. I requested 4 nights and since there was not yet a wait list, they told me I was getting those nights. A side note, I blocked 5:45-midnight for all 4 nights, because I was still hoping to get a 6pm at Palo one of those nights. If you want to bring your child later, say at 7:30 pm, you will be charged half price for time booked and not used. You can avoid this by just letting them know in advance. I am not sure how strict this rule is, but they tell you this. Now, what happened was that in my hurry to reserve, I put down the wrong nights. I needed to change two of those dates. When I went back I was now number one on the wait list one of the new nights and number 4 the other night. I got both nights, no problem. The very best thing about Flounders is the huge two way mirror as you walk in that lets you watch your child and they can't see you! Our son was having a blast and that helps you relax. They will not feed your child, only drinks. This is due to allergies, so feed them well before drop off. Even snacks are not allowed. I also tipped with phone cards and $5 each in an envelope for each one. This was for the four CM's that I saw a lot. Lucien was the main one that cared for my son. They mentioned another person, but I only had 4 envelopes planned.
Hope this helps!
