Flo's Cafe Hours?

Can anyone tell me how late Flo's Cafe is open? We wil be sailing on the Fantasy in February.

something like 10am-9pm or 11ish. someone will correct me with the exact hours i’m sure, but it’s most of the day and will be in the daily navigator.

Looking at the Navigators, it looks like different sections are open different hours. The latest looks like the pizza part.
