My screws are coming in today from Amazon and I’ll go exchange my plate tomorrow hopefully they have them in. The tag place by my house didn’t have it last Friday.

I'm not sure what good locking screws are since the wrenches you use for them are just as readily available!

Locks protect from honest people, defense against an opportunity crime. There is little to do against the driven professional thief. I would guess the resale market for plates is small, it is a novelty for now. Meaning risk of theft decreases over time until it aligns with the number of overall plate thefts which do occur.
