Florida Towncar or Selective Limo

I am just curious about these two services and if anyone has experiences with them. They are both mentioned in Birnbaum's, but would be interested in hearing firsthand reports. We are going down in August and will not be renting a car (at least right away), so we will need to get to WDW. Thanks for any info.

We used Florida Town Car on our last trip (2000) and were very pleased. Driver met us in baggage claim, helped us with the luggage and delivered us to the hotel. Return trip went very well, although we had a different driver (usually have the same driver for both segments). We would use their services again.

We used Florida Town Car in October of 1998 and had no problem. Our driver was nice.
Very talkative.

I was going to use Tiffany this next trip in May but I have just recently been reading some really crappy stuff about them which has made me rethink big time.

I have been lurking over on the yourride website the last couple of days and trying to find posts about them. So far it looks good.
I will have to make up my mind shortly because I will be making my decision right after I make my flight ressies which will be this month some time.

I would love to hear some more comments about them

I am one of the people who trashed Tiffany's .We used "your ride" last visit and Rabbitt was our driver and he was wonderful. Was waiting for us when we arrived an hour late had a nice clean van ,stopped for grocerys . Was waitng at the hotel for us when we were ready to go to the airport. Helped us make hotel resv. for an up coming cruise. Over all a great service. Just mmade ressie. for our next two trips. Good luck

Before we began the habit of renting a car at WDW, we used Florida Towncar on a consistent basis. We've always had good service. though they never advertised it, our drivers never had a problem stopping at a store on the way to WDW to grab a few things. We didn't take advantage either, and usually stopped at a 7-11 type place to pick up a few snacks and/or bottles of water/soda. Using Florida Towncar was a definite improvement over Mears, who actually forgot to pick us up on a return trip to the airport!!!!
