Florida Tours - FABULOUS!!

Well, we used FL Tours for our transportation from MCO to YC in Nov. They were so great. Ranatta(?) was waiting for us in baggage claim. She was helpful and very nice. The van (we are a family of 5) was clean and the carseat for DS2 was well-kept and clean. Our driver had a Disney movie selection available and let the boys pick one out to watch on the drive. The movie screen was huge.

On the way back to MCO, we needed to be picked up at WL. Not a problem. I didn't even have to call FL Tours to confirm our pick ups. The night before we were to leave WL, Andy left us a message confirming our pick up time. Again, the van was clean and the driver very professional (don't remember his name). This time the movie was already playing (Brother Bear). My boys thought it was great.

I would not hesitate to use FL Tours again. So convenient and professional. Be confident that you have made the right call, if you choose FL Tours.

I'm really happy to hear this - have have FLTours booked for our Feb trip and it's a strange itinerary - MCO>AKL, then Poly>Port, then Port>MCO - sounds like they should be able to handle that. Thanks for the thumbs up.

Thanks for bumping this! I appreciate hearing positive feedback since I'm using FL Tours for the first time on Saturday and have to say I was getting a bit nervous but am hopefull that all will go well and we will have a good transfer experience.

We used FL tours this past April and I can't say enough wonderful things about them!! They were waiting for us and we had out luggage and were out of MCO in about 20 minutes after getting off the plane! Our dd who was 2 1/2 at the time still asks about our driver Sonny! (Will he pick us up at the airport again, Mommy?) On our return trip we were picked up in a luxury van even though we paid for a town car.. DD was thrilled to watch Nemo on the way to the airport! We were so impressed we recommend them to everyone including other family members who are taveling to wdw in March! We plan to use them next December when we return to WDW for our Christmas trip!!!

Yeah, be nice to Wendy. Not everyone has the same great experience that others have had. We have used FL Tours and had good service, others have not. Same with Tiffany. We actually got nervous about using them after many posts about sub-par service. But, they were fine.

So, do your homework. Go prepared, with all you info. Then, if anything should go wrong (and it probably won't) you'll be prepared. It seems that when someone posts a bad experience, we all jump and say..."Oh, I had a great experience, you must have done something wrong. It couldn't be the company's fault." We had FL Tours in August. We couldn't find the driver. He wasn't where he was supposed to be. Dh had to find him. Same thing when we were picked up at the resort. Dh had to go looking for him. That shouldn't have been our responsibility. But, we tried them again last month and all went perfectly. With so many great companies out there, most of the reputable ones will try to keep your business.

So, great service Andy. We had a good experience with you last month. And we have had good service with TT also.

We used FL Tours inMarch for a 3 leg journey also: MCO-Swan, Swan-Hard Rock, Hard Rock - MCO. We had perfect service.
