Florida Spirit Vacation Homes?

My friends are about to book with this place.

What can you tell me about them? Reputable?

Close to the parks?

Hi Lorex,
...never heard of them.....Important to know the following:

Where is the home located EXACTLY. (which housing developement and is it on hwy 192 or hwy 27 or elsewhere)

Have the seen the exact home you are in or just a picture of a home.

If he price is too good to be true, it probably IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.

If this is a very special trip and you want very nice accomodations, let us know the above questions and we can help to give you and idea of where you will be, and the type of home you will be in. There are many beautiful homes in the area, but there are also lots of places a long way from Disney and not in such good shape that ar marketed as "10 minutes" to Disney that are so so rentals.

If price is your only concern and you just want a place to sleep and don't mind driving a bit, then I would go with not knowing any of the above if the home is under $90 a night for a 3,4,or 5 bedroom home.

Hello again,
The homes look very nice and the prices are what you want for a very nice home.

The developements look to be out on hwy 27 and near Champion's gate Golf Complex. These are certainly close enough to Disney to be within 20 minutes or so. The closest homes to Disney will be in Emerald Island Resort or Formosa Garden. Oak Island also is nice but not as new as the other two.
You might ask if they have homes in these two communities?

But again, you get the home you see on the site and I would insist on the exact home you see.

I am a little spoiled but I would insist on King beds in the adult rooms and at least 3 bathrooms if there are more than 4 of you...specifically two master suites with pvt bath....you're worth it!!!
