Florida Scandi / Vacation Pool Homes....Any Experience?

Hi.....has anyone had any experience renting with Florida Scandi (vacationpoolhomes.com). The small amount of reviews has me somewhat concerned. All of their homes appear to be very nice. I am just a little concerned turning over credit card info to them. Thank you!
