Florida residents visiting resort

Over a 2 week period we will have 2 seperate relatives coming to visit us for the dat at Polynesian Bungalw & BCV. Will they have any problem coming in if they have our Reservation number (not staying over night)

They shouldn't have problems visiting but may have problems parking. They won't be able to use the pool or other restricted facilities as visitors.

If you are not at the maximum occupancy of your unit, you can add them to your reservation.

We have done this-that way we knew they would be allowed to park at BLT to visit us (and go to TOTWL if we chose to do so). However we also stayed at the CR on a cash reservation and were able to simply talk to the front desk about them visiting and parking at CR. I think it really depends on how busy the parking lots are when they come to visit. If they don't have spots avail for those just visiting the resort (not staying there or having an ADR) they could be turned away or forced to pay for valet.
I've read they scan everyone's magic band to access the feature pool at BCV so not sure if you were planning on going there with them but you may encounter a problem if you don't add them to your room.

If you add them after you arrive, they will be considered day guests. They may get a parking pass, but no magic band. Unless they cancel and rebook the reservation. But that's where the problems begin with DVC.
