Hoping someone can answer this question regarding my unique situation! We've got an 8 day trip planned for the end of April.
I will be purchasing MYW base tickets (non-resident) for myself, DH and DD. For the last few days of our trip, my 16 year old step-daughter will be joining us - she IS a Florida resident. Since she is a Florida resident, can I buy a Florida resident ticket just for her? I know the rules state that the adult must show proof of Florida residence, but as I'm not a resident I won't be buying a Florida resident ticket for myself or the rest of my party - just my step-daughter. Can I do this, or is she required to have an adult who is also a Florida resident with her in order for it to work out?
If it does work out, will she be required to show ID? She turns 16 just a couple of weeks before our trip, and will not have a driver's license yet. Will a school ID be accepted?
